Where you apply to purchase a voucher or to redeem your voucher or discount you form a contract between yourself and the Merchant. You should carefully review the terms relating to such contracts.

In addition parts of our site which provide access to such offers are provided by third parties and their terms and conditions, available on the relevant pages of the site, apply to any transaction completed through those third parties. This includes, for example, parts of My Shopping (including the collection of WOW points) which is provided by Next Jump, Inc. and/or Next Jump, LTD. When you provide your personal data to such third parties they and not us, control the use of your data. You should make sure you read the privacy policy applicable to those third parties.
